New school facility
Portland Trust agreed to deliver a school on a turn-key pre-leased basis on behalf of a major UK-based education provider who wished to relocate in Prague 4. The 7,000 m2 facility was delivered on time for the start of the school year in September, 2007 and is designed to accommodate up to 600 pupils of all ages. The project was subsequently sold to an Austrian institutional investor.
