Real Green Building of the Year 2015
Floreasca Park was designed to provide a combination of high specification, efficient office space with particular focus on low energy consumption in a pleasant, attractively landscaped plot of 1.5 hectares. The 37,000 m2 A class offices were leased to excellent tenants and the development won CEEQA “Office Development of the Year 2014” and “Green Building of the Year 2015”. The innovative ground sourced heat pump system is one of the first of its kind and contributed to the BREEAM Excellent certification with 82 points. Sold in 2015 to GLL.
