Newly refurbished office complex in Prague 5
Coral Office Park sits next to the Nové Butovice metro station in a popular suburban office node in Prague 5. Portland Trust purchased the complex in 2016 and subsequently refurbished all its reception areas and common parts. The following additions were also made: new canopies, increased landscaping, facilities for cyclists, electric car chargers, a car wash, a new phone-enabled access system & turnstiles, and LED lighting throughout.
Portland Trust also implemented a range of tenants' services; a new enlarged restaurant, gym, kindergarten, conference centre, delivery boxes, groceries, laundrybox and a dedicated mobile app.
The project was sold in 2022 as 98% occupied.
